All Gallery of Nothing jewellery comes with a one year repair warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers faults in the craftmanship and quality of the piece you have received. If we are at fault then we will rectify and take ownership of the issue. Your warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, loss, or mistreatment of a piece. Please visit our care guide if you need clarification on how to care for your piece and what general wear and tear refers to. If you wish to apply for a warranty claim then we must first inspect the piece in person as well as seeing proof of purchase before a decision can be made regarding your claim. This also applies if you believe your piece was damaged in transit.
Please email contact@galleryofnothing.com if you need to make a claim. Once we receive your claim you will be instructed on how to return the piece to us for inspection. Once received and inspected you will be notified on wether or not your claim has been approved. If approved, we will offer you either an exchange or a refund. If you choose an exchange then we will discuss this and arrange it with you. If you choose a refund then you will be refunded on to your original method of payment. Please be aware that refunds are not instant and can take some time depending on your bank or credit card provider. All pieces that have been mistreated will have their warranty voided. Ring resizing is not covered in our warranty and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that all ring orders are the correct size when purchasing.
