Ring Sizing

It is very Important to us that we ensure we get your ring size right. We recommend getting yourself accurately and professionally sized at a local jewellers to ensure it is done correctly.

Please be aware that temperature can make your fingers fluctuate in size and cause inaccuracies.

Heat swells the hands and cold can make them slightly smaller. Something to be aware of when having your fingers measured. We do not recommend using a plastic or paper ring sizer that can be purchased online for home use as they are quite often inaccurate when not used properly.

Please be aware that Gallery of nothing does not offer free ring resizing so it is crucial you order the correct size. For more information please view our warranty and repairs sections respectively.

If a ring is not available in your size please send us an email contact@galleryofnothing.com and we will get back to you about custom sizing and time frames.

Ring Resizing and Repairs

If you order a ring in an incorrect size and need it resized then there will be a standard resizing fee of £200 on silver rings and £300 on gold rings + postage, this is due to the work that would have to be redone to the ring if it has to be reheated such as re-plating, replacing stones ect. We must receive the ring back in unworn condition for us to do any work on the piece.

We do not offer repairs unless it is a design fault or problem with the craftsmanship in which case you will be covered by our repair warranty. That being said if you do damage your ring feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best in advising you on what can be done if anything. In some cases we may allow you to pay for a repair depending on the situation but it is at our own discretion and not guaranteed.
