Gallery of Nothing is a small company with our founder Tristan Mayhew currently being our solo maker who meticulously handcrafts each piece. Gallery of Nothing works on a made to order basis and due to techniques we use in our craft, every piece we make will be slightly different to the next, no two will be exactly the same. Due to the fact all pieces are made to order we are afraid we cannot offer refunds or returns on our pieces. We hope that this does not seem unreasonable and that you can appreciate the amount of work and time that goes into each handcrafted piece. Further down the line we aim to have a “ready to ship” page where we can offer such services. Please be aware that due to the fact every piece we make is unique and textured by hand, the piece you receive will be slightly different from the example image on the site. It may have slightly different cuts, patterns or stone placement. But rest assured it will be just as stunning. If you receive your piece and it has been damaged during transit or you believe there is a fault in the craftsmanship then you may be covered by our warranty.
